I am delighted with everything, but feel I must mention the gorgeous oak work surface and lovely mantle you created over the Aga which looks like it has always been there! It was very reassuring to be offered ongoing and pertinent advice before and during the project. What may have turned out to be an 'Aga Saga' was dealt with calmly and efficiently by yourselves and, indeed worked out perfectly! All the staff have been exceptionally friendly, helpful and courteous. I would particularly like to mention Scott and Steve who worked so very hard, to such a high standard and who were a pleasure to have around.
